Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong Agile experience to support the delivery of software development projects. This role will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Agile best practices.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing cross‑functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking risks and dependencies, and communicating clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

3–6+ years of Project Management experience supporting software development projects
Hands‑on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience managing cross‑functional, technical teams
Proficiency with Agile and project tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI‑ACP, or SAFe
Experience supporting digital products, enterprise applications, or platform development
Background working in enterprise or regulated environments
Experience coordinating work across onshore/offshore teams
