Insight Global is seeking a Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Representative – Modernizations / Controls for a top building systems and HVAC solutions client. This individual will focus on driving modernization and controls opportunities by engaging customers through consultative, value-based selling. The role requires a strong blend of technical HVAC knowledge, B2B sales expertise, and relationship-building skills to manage complex solution proposals and long sales cycles. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment, is comfortable navigating customer decision-making processes, and consistently delivers results by aligning customer needs with innovative HVAC solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ Years of experience selling B2B within the HVAC, building controls, or building automation industry
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous experience selling service agreements
Strong Microsoft-based technical skills
Experience cross-selling and upselling within an existing customer base
Ability to identify and proactively sell preventative repair and upgrade packages
