Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven candidate for a one-year, intensive leadership development program within the fire suppression industry, offering a direct path to becoming President and part-owner of a new fire suppression supply and fabrication business in Houston. This role is designed for a high-potential individual to gain hands-on experience in fire suppression systems, distribution, and fabrication operations, while developing the sales, operational, and leadership skills needed to launch and grow a new market.
This is not a traditional entry-level or corporate role. This position is designed for someone who wants to build, grow, and run their own business.
During the first year, the candidate will train hands-on across established fire suppression operations, gaining experience in inside/outside sales, customer development, warehouse operations, fabrication, purchasing, and overall business operations. A major focus of the role is driving revenue, building client relationships, and growing a book of business.
Upon successful completion of the program and equity investment, the individual will launch and lead their own location with full P&L ownership, backed by national support.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, construction, or operations
• Strong interest or experience in sales/business development
• High energy, competitive, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to build relationships and generate new business
• Willingness to work hands-on (warehouse, customer-facing, operations)
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire for ownership and long-term growth
• Willingness to travel and relocate within the Houston market
• Fire sprinkler / fire suppression / construction industry experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• B2B or outside sales experience
• Experience working with contractors or in field-based environments
