Job Description

The Teamwear Coordinator will be a key member of the Workplace team, serving as the lead for storefront operations. This role supports day-to-day store execution, oversees associate(s), coordinates activities for smooth operations and consistent service, maintains coverage, completes inventory tasks, analyzes data for ordering, and collaborates with internal partners and external vendors to meet procurement needs and ensure efficient program delivery.

What You’ll Do
Serve as Teamwear storefront lead, overseeing associate(s), delegating tasks, and ensuring procedures, service standards, and daily operations are consistently followed
Manage vendor relationships, create purchase orders, negotiate as needed, and ensure timely delivery with accurate receiving records and documentation
Analyze inventory usage data, support quarterly ordering, identify obsolete items, and drive improvements to inventory processes and efficiency
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to address needs, support cross-functional events, and maintain up-to-date SharePoint resources
Coordinate site program activities, delegate responsibilities, and ensure adherence to procedures for seamless execution
Support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, respond to urgent requests, and assist leaders with ad-hoc operational needs
Coordinate cross-functional programs including Tesla-versary, recognition prizes, swag, FR garment distribution, and special item programs to meet timelines, quality standards, and deliverables
Hourly Expectation is $32.00/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and strong ability to analyze data for actionable insights and reporting
At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, program management, or related field
Strong collaboration and communication skills when partnering with internal teams and external vendors
High attention to detail with proven ability to track, review, and maintain accurate records and documentation
Experience managing vendors, including inventory-related financial considerations and cost tracking
Ability to lead and guide frontline operational workflows while supporting associates and ensuring efficient storefront execution
Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with multiple priorities and occasional urgent demands
