Job Description
Seeking a Family Law Attorney to join a highly collaborative, client‑focused practice in the Denton area. This role offers meaningful courtroom exposure, strong mentorship from senior attorneys, and a sustainable workload with a true emphasis on work‑life balance. Attorneys are supported by dedicated legal staff and work within a culture that prioritizes professionalism, teamwork, and long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a diverse family law caseload, including matters such as divorce, custody, and related proceedings
• Appear in court for temporary orders hearings, mediations, and other contested matters (trial experience a plus)
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other pre‑trial materials
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and legal support staff on case strategy and execution
Deliver high‑quality client service with an emphasis on professionalism and resolution‑driven advocacy

Required Skills & Experience
• Juris Doctor and active Texas Bar license (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Family law experience required; courtroom experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable handling hearings and client-facing responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work in an in‑office environment
Located in or near the Denton area (prefer local candidates)
