Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a University Relations Coordinator. This role serves as a key operational and logistical partner for university recruiting efforts, supporting pre‑campus, on‑campus, and post‑campus strategies; coordinating career fairs and recruiting events; managing interview scheduling and events through Yello; and maintaining strong relationships with universities, student organizations, and campus partners. The coordinator will oversee candidate logistics including travel, accommodations, interview coordination, tracking, and expense reimbursements; manage applicant tracking and distribution; and provide day‑to‑day support to University Relations Advisors and the Program Lead. The role also assists with planning and execution of the summer intern program, including onboarding, mentor assignments, project coordination, intern events, evaluations, and offer processes, while managing vendor relationships, invoicing, inventory, recruiting metrics, reporting, and ensuring compliance with applicable hiring and Affirmative Action requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- One year of university recruiting or university relations experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience supporting or working alongside university relations or advising teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience with event management and recruiting platforms such as Yello and/or Handshake
- Familiarity with Workday as an applicant tracking system
