Overview:
You will perform accurate, competitive, and well‑coordinated project proposals across a wide range of construction projects. In this role, you will prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, analyze drawings and specifications, develop cost estimates, and collaborate closely with project managers, preconstruction teams, and trade partners to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all bids.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8-10 years of full project estimating experience
• Healthcare or Higher Education Background
• Experience estimating $75M-$80M projects
• Cost OS and/or Pantera expertise
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Field experience (project management and/or superintendent)
