Executing a strategy to maximize both revenue growth and profitability, along with
building long-term customer loyalty.
• Leveraging market data and resources to target and prospect customers to uncover
needs for solution selling.
• Answering technical and business questions and offering solutions to issues that may
arise during a sales cycle.
• Providing consultative recommendations to clients, as well as the cost to implement
them.
• Forecasting sales and developing “out of the box” sales strategies.
• Managing quotes and funnels on a monthly basis to meet and exceed assigned sales
targets.
• Preparing complete, accurate, and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of
customer transactions.
• Familiarizing oneself with competitors' products to sell against them.

Required Skills & Experience
• Sales professional with 3+ years of outside sales (B2B) experience within the security electronic systems industry.
• Consultive sales approach to identify customers and prospects pain points and to provide solutions.
• Prior experience selling security manufacturer brands like Avigilon, Bosch, Genetec, Lenel, Milestone, Axis, etc.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships within the private sector (manufacturing, construction, logistics, transportation, utilities, healthcare, education, etc.)
• Public Safety/government sector is a plus.
