Job Description
Associate Project Manager will help build out a newly developed Mission Critical construction team. The APM will assist in the management of multiple projects while providing support to the Project Managers and other key members in the preconstruction phases as well as during the projects. Help coordinate projects and plans, schedules, and track the progress of projects and report their results.
○ Track daily crew production and costs
○ Monitor self‑performed work (must come from a self-performed background)
○ Review submittals and RFIs
○ Validate crews completed planned scope
○ Identify production or cost issues
○ Report field issues to CM or General Foreman
○ Maintain labor rosters and manpower reports
○ Support project financial performance (P&L awareness)
○ Coordinate with operations leadership (not directing crews)
○ Experience managing a budget and schedule on a construction site

Required Skills & Experience
○ Degree in construction management (preferred but not required)
○ 1-2 YOE in a construction environment
○ OSHA 30
○ Experience with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
○ Proficient in Excel/Spreadsheet
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
○ Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required
○ Excellent communication, accounting and organizational skills
