Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Superintendent who will be responsible for leading the interior buildout of a mission critical data center within an existing 40,000 sq ft building. The project includes four full data halls totaling four megawatts and is part of a larger META program replicated across approximately 20 sites nationwide. The Superintendent will be heavily involved in managing electrical and mechanical scopes, overseeing data racks, fiber, generators, UPS systems, and MEP quality control. A major focus of the role is turnover, commissioning, inspections, and punch list management. The position is hands-on, detail-oriented, and requires someone who understands and can speak the language and expectations of data center commissioning. This Superintendent will work a standard 50 hour work week Monday-Friday.

Required Skills & Experience
• Mechanical and Electrical construction background
• 2–3 years of direct data center experience
• 6–7 years of Superintendent experience at an EC or GC
• Mission critical / data center experience, specifically commissioning and quality control
• Prior lead experience
• Strong understanding of data center electrical systems (, generator systems, UPS, switchgear, cable trays, data racks
• Experience with turnover, commissioning, inspections, and punch lists
Extremely detail oriented, precision driven mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience on META, Google, or similar hyperscale data center programs
Background with Oppidan / Connect Data Centers programs
