Insight Global is looking for a JD Edwards Techno-Functional Analyst (EnterpriseOne9.2). This person will serve as a key techno-functional resource for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2, blending deep technical development skills with strong functional knowledge to deliver efficient, scalable solutions that directly support business operations. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex business requirements into practical JDE configurations and custom developments while driving process improvements and system optimization. They will work closely with business stakeholders across departments (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Order Management, etc.) to understand operational needs, design solutions, and implement enhancements that maximize the value of your JDE 9.2 environment. They will be acting as a techno-functional bridge between business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, then translate them into JDE configurations, customizations, and integrations. Developing and maintaining JDE applications, reports, forms, business functions, and custom solutions using JDE development tools. Configuring and optimizing core JDE 9.2 modules to align with business processes while identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. Supporting system enhancements, upgrades, ESU applications, and ongoing performance optimization.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne techno-functional analyst or developer, with strong expertise in JDE E1 9.2.
• Solid understanding of JDE functional processes (e.g., Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay – at least 2–3 modules preferred).
• Proficiency with JDE development tools: OMW, FDA, RDA, NER, BSFNs, Table Design, Business Views, UBEs, BI Publisher.
• Strong experience with Orchestrator Studio, UDOs, UX One, Notifications, and process automation.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, Business Services, AIS) and troubleshooting in a 9.2 environment.
• Knowledge of JDE upgrade processes, ESU retrofitting, and change management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with at least one full JDE implementation or major upgrade project.
• Familiarity with JDE 9.2 Tools releases (e.g., recent enhancements in Orchestrator and extensibility features).
• Exposure to Café One, Composite Pages, Groovy scripting, or advanced Orchestrator components.
• Functional certifications or deep module expertise in key areas like Financials or Supply Chain.
