Senior HR Assistant – Overview
Supports daily human resources operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee records, benefits support, compliance, and reporting. Provides responsive support to employees and leaders while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.
Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring coordination, and applicant tracking in compliance with legal and affirmative action requirements
Partner with managers and staffing agencies to support workforce planning and hiring needs
Coordinate background checks, drug testing, physicals, onboarding, and new hire orientation
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, job descriptions, timekeeping, and attendance documentation
Support benefits administration, annual enrollment, biometric screenings, and employee inquiries
Assist with compliance reporting, audits, safety programs, meetings, and general HR administration

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of HR experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and employment law
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Bilingual required with strong communication and listening skills
Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
Strong judgment and discretion handling sensitive employee information
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; HRIS experience preferred
Reliable attendance with flexibility for non‑standard hours
