Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead to oversee daily AP operations, payment execution, and team coordination. This role will act as the primary escalation point for AP activities and help ensure smooth collaboration between U.S. and offshore teams.
Day to day:
Own all AP payments (ACH, wire, check) and invoice processing
Resolve payment issues (returns, reissues, Positive Pay, escalations)
Monitor invoice queues and keep work moving
Troubleshoot ERP/system issues with IT & Finance
Act as escalation lead and train AP teams (U.S. & offshore)
Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with controls and company policy

Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of Accounts Payable experience
Knowledge of payment processes, vendor management, and reconciliations
Experience leading or mentoring AP staff
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Coupa
Experience working with shared services or offshore teams
