Job Description
We have an insurance customer looking for 4 entry level IAM analysts who can help run day to day processes. This person will be sitting onsite 5 days a week in League City. They will be processing service requests, working heavily in their ServiceNow queue and watching for any application security and access requests; there is an average of 50-75 requests per day. This person will be responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls across more than 600 applications and critical infrastructure platforms, including on‑prem, distributed, mainframe, and cloud (SaaS) environments. This will be a 3-month contract position paying an hourly rate of $30/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• Two to four years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations or IT Service Management related field supporting on prem and cloud-based access and technologies
• Experience in ServiceNow for IAM management
• Experience with logical access controls for internal application security on all infrastructure, including but not limited to mainframe, AS/400, distributed server, and cloud (SaaS) applications.
• Knowledge of IAM processes and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Processed service requests and incidents related to identity security, onboarding/offboarding, and access provisioning/deprovisioning per company standards and service level agreements (SLA).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience in IAM with 1+ of the following: Sailpoint, CyberArk, Active Directory, EntraID/Azure
ITIL 4 knowledge or experience
