Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our clients U.S. commercial presence across data center environments.
This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for:
• Expanding and deepening relationships with strategic enterprise and hyperscale accounts
• Building and leading a focused, high‑performing sales organization
• Driving revenue growth in one of the fastest‑growing segments of digital infrastructure
This role operates at both strategic and execution levels, with direct engagement alongside senior customer stakeholders while building scalable sales processes and structure.
Revenue & Strategic Account Leadership
• Own and grow strategic accounts across hyperscalers, AI compute operators, colocation providers, and telecom carriers
• Expand footprint within existing enterprise customers while securing new logos
• Drive long‑term revenue growth through structured account planning and pipeline development
Executive Engagement
• Build trusted relationships with CTOs, infrastructure leaders, network architecture teams, and procurement executives
• Position the company as a strategic partner, not just a supplier
Commercial Execution
• Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across:
○ Optical connectivity solutions
○ High‑density fiber and cable management systems
○ AI‑ready and high‑performance network architectures
Team Building & Leadership
• Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performance sales team
• Leverage existing internal resources while scaling selectively and intentionally
Market & Industry Presence
• Maintain strong visibility across key U.S. markets (VA, TX, AZ, CA, GA, NY, and others)
Participate in customer roadmap discussions, solution deployments, and industry events

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven success selling into hyperscale, AI infrastructure, data center, or telecom environments
• Strong knowledge of:
○ Optical connectivity and fiber management technologies
○ High‑density and AI‑focused network architectures (leaf‑spine, HPC, AI clusters)
• Track record of executive‑level relationship building and complex deal execution
• Experience building and scaling high‑performing sales teams
• Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
• Willingness to travel frequently across key U.S. markets
