Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Senior Functional Analyst with deep, hands-on experience in SAP BPC to drive day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and enhancement delivery across finance platforms. This role is suited for someone who can operate in the weeds—working directly within the BPC layer, supporting the EPM Excel add-in, developing and enhancing templates, and troubleshooting logic scripts—while partnering closely with Finance and IT teams to deliver results. The Senior Functional Analyst will provide advanced production support across data loads, models, templates, and user issues; gather requirements and implement functional changes related to planning, forecasting, and financial close; leverage SQL knowledge to isolate issues and collaborate with technical teams on resolution; and participate in workshops focused on future-state finance processes, with an emphasis on automation and scalable design. He or She will be compensated $60-$75/HR depending on their experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of functional analyst experience supporting finance applications
• Strong hands-on SAP BPC experience, including BPC layer, EPM Excel add‑in, and logic scripts
• Experience troubleshooting data loads, models, templates, and user issues
• Solid understanding of GL, accounting, financial close, planning, and forecasting
• SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and issue isolation
• SAP HANA backend experience
