Lead IT BA/PM - AI Search

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to spearhead the implementation of our next-generation external search engine for an external, customer website. This role is crucial in leading the transformation of the customer search experience leveraging advanced search technologies to improve product discoverability and support our customers and partners in finding the right information quickly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage Global Sales & Marketing IT Digital Transformation projects using Scaled Agile in a fast-paced environment ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Collaborate and partner with business and IT in defining, preparing and executing projects and change programs
o Gather and analyze business requirements
o Understand the needs of the business on a strategic and operational level
o Develop overall project plans and approach in collaboration with the business team
o Develop high-level functional design and create business workflows and user flows as needed
o Analyze varying solutions and recommend strategy with an eye on automation, AI/ML, functionality, cost, technology and value as appropriate
o Mitigate risks and address project obstacles as needed
o Drive implementation with the onshore/offshore software development team
o Effectively engage and communicate with project team, management, project stakeholders and business team to share project status and identification/resolution of any project issues
o Conduct IT acceptance testing and coordinate testing with users
o Coordinate project deployment with the release management team
• May be responsible for sourcing, negotiations and managing outside vendors
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for optimizing content for improved search results and user engagement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to search effectiveness, user satisfaction, and impact on lead generation and customer support efficiency.

• BS or MS degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and IT project management, preferably with enterprise search or AI/ML-driven platforms.
• Strong understanding of search technologies (e.g., Elastic, Lucidworks, Coveo, Glean, Microsoft), semantic search concepts and AI/ML concepts including GenAI and LLMs.
• Strong knowledge of software development fundamentals crossing all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements, analysis, design, prototyping, development, testing, implementation
• Experience using Agile methodologies and familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira, Service Now)
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principals, particularly in sales and marketing applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing digital user experiences

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts applied to search optimization
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry terminology, products, and customer needs
• Understanding of accessibility standards and their application to search interfaces
