Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst III for a top EPC client to support enterprise-level IT initiatives across multiple projects and locations. This individual will collaborate closely with internal business partners to evaluate business needs, define system requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that align with overall business strategy. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, analytically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while driving meaningful improvements across complex business processes.
Day-to-Day:
Lead enterprise solution delivery by coordinating enhancements across projects, ensuring interoperability, adoption, and smooth transition to business operations.
Serve as the bridge between business and technology by gathering requirements, mapping end‑to‑end processes and data flows, and translating needs into functional and technical solutions aligned with strategy.
Drive data quality and continuous improvement through system issue resolution, QA testing, automated reporting, analytics, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of Business Analysis or relevant experience
Advanced understanding of business analysis methodologies
Strong technical aptitude across systems and enterprise solutions
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, or Azure DevOps
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Knowledge of Oracle Suite tools.
