Insight Global is seeking a motivated Electrical Technician Manager to join our growing team supporting industrial and data-center infrastructure projects across the United States. This role involves electrical testing, commissioning support, and field work on mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform electrical testing and verification on industrial equipment and systems
• Conduct Megger (insulation resistance) testing and record results
• Perform Hi-Pot (high potential) testing for electrical integrity validation
• Verify bonding and grounding systems for compliance and safety
• Assist with electrical commissioning and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures and results
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
• Experience using Meggers, Hi-Pot testers, and bonding/grounding verification equipment
• Electrical technician, electrician, or related technical background
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in industrial environments
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
