Job Description
An employer is looking for a Customer Analytics Specialist to sit remote. You will deliver deep insights into customer behavior that will shape marketing strategies, enhance engagement, and drive business performance. This role requires strong technical skills combined with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable stories for business partners. You’ll play a key role in developing customer analytics frameworks such as segmentation, RFM, and lifetime value, while collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, product, operations, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth customer segmentation to support targeted marketing and personalization strategies.
• Develop and maintain models for RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to design and measure customer-focused KPIs.
• Build and deliver data visualizations that communicate insights, trends and opportunities.
• Translate findings into clear, data-driven stories and recommendations for business leaders.
• Support experimentation, campaign measurement, and statistical analyses to evaluate business initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability through rigorous validation and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years experience in customer analytics and reporting
Strong reporting background, building dashboard in PowerBI
Strong SQL and Python skills for data querying, wrangling, and analysis
Solid knowledge of statistics and experimental design
Experience building processes, efficiencies and automation around reporting/ analytics
Expertise with customer segmentation, RFM analysis, and LTV modeling
Skilled in storytelling bases off insights derived from customer data
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
QSR or ecommerce industry experience
CRM platform experience
Knowledge around predictive modeling
