Insight Global is seeking a reliable and Data Center Exit Shredder to support a large‑scale data center decommissioning effort. This is a hands‑on, active role focused on securely destroying legacy data media and supporting equipment movement within the data center.

Required Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities
• Securely shred and destroy legacy data tapes as part of a large exit initiative (approximately 60,000 tapes total
• Lift, move, and transport equipment and materials throughout the data center (up to 60 lbs)
• Stand and work on your feet for extended periods during the workday
• Follow all data security, safety, and operational procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and log completed work as required
Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand and perform physical work for the full workday
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for a 5‑day onsite schedule
• Willingness to work in a data center environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous warehouse, data center, manufacturing, or manual labor experience
• Experience working with shredding, recycling, or secure material handling
• Familiarity with safety protocols in industrial or technical environments
