Job Description
The Project Coordinator will support governance and quality assurance activities across multiple network delivery teams, serving as a key point of coordination between Quality Assurance, Delivery, and vendor partners. On a daily basis, this role will monitor adherence to established governance standards and QA processes, review project documentation for accuracy and completeness, and track vendor and team deliverables to ensure quality and timelines are met. The coordinator will capture meeting notes, prepare and distribute reports, and proactively follow up on action items to maintain momentum and accountability. This role also involves identifying risks, gaps, or process improvement opportunities and supporting initiatives that enhance communication, consistency, and overall delivery quality across projects.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting IT or technology-driven projects
- Strong understanding of project coordination fundamentals and how IT projects are structured
- Ability to track governance standards, QA processes, and project documentation
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to track progress, follow up on action items, and drive accountability
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills, including meeting notes and status reporting
- Experience using project management or reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with ITIL and/or ITSM frameworks
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (e.g., networks, systems, applications)
- Experience tracking vendor deliverables and ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives within IT or delivery organizations
