Job Description

We’re seeking a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders at a fast-growing public company. The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative support to two or more members of the Senior Leadership Team and serves as a key point of contact between leadership, senior management, and internal teams. This role is responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The Executive Assistant ensures seamless communication across teams, supports Board and leadership meetings end‑to‑end (including scheduling, materials, and follow‑ups), manages expenses and reimbursements, and prioritizes multiple projects with a strong sense of urgency. Success in this role requires professionalism, sound judgment, diplomacy, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

•5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
•Exhibits expert-level writing, editing, grammar, and research skills
•Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
•Displays high emotional intelligence and strong social awareness
•Maintains an exceptional level of professionalism and a positive, “can-do” attitude
•Effectively prioritizes competing demands and manages projects from start to finish
•Upholds the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
