Job Description

A senior Program Manager, Enterprise Epic Refuel to lead an 18–22 month refuel program beginning January 2026. This leader will act as the external face of the refuel effort, partner closely with internal executive sponsors and PMs, and own program governance, organizational change management (OCM), scope delivery, and cross‑functional coordination from pre‑refuel planning through post‑refuel stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience leading large Epic refuel or equivalent reimplementation programs at scale (18+ month enterprise refuels preferred).
Deep knowledge of Epic refuel methodology, Nova Notes, integrated testing, and Epic governance best practices.
OCM expertise with demonstrated success changing long‑standing clinical culture and driving adoption in legacy Epic environments.
Strong stakeholder skills: credible with C‑suite, clinical chiefs, and technical teams; able to be the external voice that mirrors internal leadership.
Program delivery skills: PMO setup, resource/capacity planning, vendor management, and benefits tracking.
Clinical domain familiarity in cardiology, ED, or other high‑volume services is highly desirable.
