Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Checking patients in/out, verifying insurance coverage, and scheduling appointments.
Patient Advocacy: Educating patients on care plans and providing resources.
Communication: Managing patient files, answering inquiries, and coordinating with medical providers.
Workflow Coordination: Preparing referrals, assisting with exams, and managing patient flow to improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1.5+ years of experience working in a patient-facing/clinical setting
- any EMR/EHR knowledge
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
