Job Description

Lead fiber splicer- oversees a team of fiber splicers in the data center. This role ensures work is completed safely and on schedule by coordinating daily tasks and enforcing site standards. This lead also must be proficient and experienced in fiber splicing. They must come from a data center.

Required Skills & Experience

- Must be available for rotating shifts (24/7 coverage required)
- Must be avaulable for 12 hour shifts, 6 days/week
- Must be willing to work up to 80 hours a week
- Pass a background and drug test
- Must have a basic understanding of fiber splicing
- Ability to travel to other customer sites on per diem basis (preferred, not required)
