Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Title Analyst to join the Land Administration team at a leading Upstream Oil & Gas company in downtown Houston. This role supports leasing, operations, and production activities across domestic division offices by fielding land and royalty related owner inquires. They will be communication calculation of net revenue interest, joint interest billing concerns, explanation of title requirements for payment, interest conveyances, probate/heirship requirements, the voiding and reissue of rental/royalty checks, and the handling of suspended/escheatable funds.

Required Skills & Experience
5 years of experience analyzing leases and contracts, title opinions, deeds, assignments, probate, and various title curative documents for the purpose of chaining or maintaining interest ownership records
High School Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience as a landman
Tobin Land Suite (TLS) / P2
Bachelor's Degree
