Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Medical Technologist to join an oncology provider's team in San Marcos, TX. The MLT will be providing care in a smaller clinic, working under the supervision of the Lab Supervisor. Each day has something new to offer, with physicians rotating every other day. Monday, Wednesday and Friday have the highest volume of patient specimens, typically seeing between 50-60 specimens. Tuesday and Thursday are a lower volume, typically seeing between 45-55 patient specimens that need to be run. The oncology providers expects both professionalism and bedside manner, since this will be a role that requires communication with both providers and patients.

- Medical Scientist Technician Certification through the American Society for Clinical Pathology (open to MLT or MLS)
