Job Description
Lead cable puller- oversees a team of cable pullers in the data center. This role ensures work is completed safely and on schedule by coordinating daily tasks and enforcing site standards. This lead also must be proficient and experiences in cable pulling.

Required Skills & Experience
2 years min of telecom experience
- Leadership experience
- Must be available for rotating shifts (24/7 coverage required)
- Must be available for 12 hour shifts, 6 days/week
- Must be willing to work up to 80 hours a week
- Pass a background and drug test
- Must have a basic understanding of cable pulling
- Ability to travel to other customer sites on per diem basis (preferred, not required)
