Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Solutions Engineer over Corporate Systems to lead the design, integration, and governance of our enterprise systems portfolio, including Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and other key SaaS platforms.
This role serves as the architectural owner across our core corporate systems, ensuring platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business strategy. You’ll drive integration strategy, DevOps best practices, and enterprise solution design in a fast-growing, multi-unit environment.
You will drive delivery & release governance by developing and presenting solution designs and planned deployments through Weekly Architecture Review Board (ARB) for technical alignment and Weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) for release approval and risk management.
Day to day responsibilities:
-Own Salesforce architecture across Sales/Service/Experience/Revenue Cloud (and TaskRay).
-Lead MuleSoft integration design and standards
-Run/participate in weekly governance forums
-Improve release processes (CI/CD alignment, environment management, deployment readiness).
-Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Ops, and Tech teams to turn business needs into practical system solutions.
-Guide implementation partners by reviewing designs and ensuring solutions fit the roadmap and standards.
-Keep platforms current: upgrades, enhancements, expansions; document integrations and runbooks; troubleshoot production issues when needed

Required Skills & Experience
•5+ years of experience in enterprise systems engineering or solution design
•Strong experience with Salesforce platform architecture and integrations
•Experience with Oracle Fusion or other enterprise ERP platforms
•Experience in API and middleware design (MuleSoft, OIC)
•Deep understanding of SaaS architecture, DevOps, and release governance
•Experience working with senior business stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
•Retail, QSR, or multi-unit experience
•Certifications in Salesforce
