Job Description
• Perform full Florida title searches with emphasis on acreage and metes & bounds
• Draft and interpret legal descriptions
• Analyze probate, ownership chains, liens, and encumbrances
• Examine primarily residential files; commercial files as available
• Produce accurate, thorough title findings with minimal oversight
Collaborate closely with leadership in a high‑volume environment

Required Skills & Experience
• Extensive Florida title examination experience (Florida must be primary focus)
• Strong expertise in complex acreage / metes & bounds
• Florida probate knowledge (hands-on, working knowledge)
• Prior experience specifically as a Title Examiner
(not processor, paralegal, realtor, or front-office support only)
Ability to independently search, analyze, and resolve title issues
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Multi‑state title experience including Florida
• Commercial title experience (condos, high-rise, large retail)
• Experience with title plotting tools or ability to draw legal descriptions by hand
Senior‑level or long‑tenured examiner background
