Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Superintendent to join one of their federal contracting clients at Ft. Bliss in El Paso, TX. This is a USACE task order that includes a renovation of a three-story Army Barracks building, 1960's era, totaling up to $26.5 million then there will be 9 other projects in the same size to follow. The Superintendent will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliance execution of construction projects under federal contracts and will adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements while coordinating all on-site activities. This is a fully onsite opportunity at Ft. Bliss in El Paso, TX.
Day to day responsibilities
-Oversee all on-site construction activities for a multi‑phase renovation of an Army barracks at Ft. Bliss.
-Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with USACE, DoD, and federal contract requirements.
-Coordinate daily work of subcontractors, field crews, inspectors, and suppliers.
-Enforce EM 385‑1‑1 and OSHA safety standards, conducting daily safety and quality checks.
-Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the project team, government representatives, and inspectors.
-Manage daily reporting, inspections, logistics, and site access within a secure military installation.
-Support planning and execution of future task orders by applying lessons learned from the initial project.

Required Skills & Experience
-10+ years’ experience in construction supporting projects with similar scope and magnitude
-Federal Construction experience - USACE preferred
-OSHA-30 Certification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
EM 385-1-1 Certification
