Insight Global is seeking an experienced Texas State Manager – Title Operations to lead and scale title operations across the state of Texas. This is a highly strategic leadership role overseeing residential and commercial search, examination, and curative teams. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence while helping modernize and future-proof the organization through process improvement and technology adoption

Required Skills & Experience
6–10+ years of leadership experience within the title industry
Proven experience managing 25+ direct and indirect reports
Strong expertise in:
Title search & examination
Curative processes
Experience leading large, multi-team or multi-region operations
Must be based in Texas with experience managing Texas-based teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with modern title systems such as:
Resware
Qualia
SoftPro
Tech-forward mindset with experience transitioning teams from manual to system-driven processes
Background in high-growth or transformation environments
Demonstrated ability to lead through change and build scalable operations
