Job Description
This Fortune 200 company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to sit onsite in Lewisville, TX. This position will be coached to research and resolve problems, develop specifications from business requirements, coordinate technical support, and contribute to software and process solutions for the company's IT supported Applications. The Business Technical Analyst will participate in creating solutions, will develop specifications or process diagrams, produce deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements. This position will participate in gathering, compiling, testing and synthesizing information with regard to core technology, processes or systems. Additionally, they will work closely with product owners, customers, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Day to day, they help prioritize work, translate needs into user stories, support solution design, and ensure requirements are clearly understood by delivery teams. They develop and execute functional test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, support go‑live activities, and assist with production issues, change control, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of business or configuration experience as a Business Analyst
Ability to stay organized
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of service and change using Agile methodologies
Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing within own team and business
Customer service oriented
Proven ability to work well under pressure
Competent understanding of Business Analyst processes including requirements gathering and delivery
Demonstrated experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira for requirements gathering, user story creation, backlog management, and collaboration with product owners and delivery teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
