Job Description

We are seeking a highly independent and experienced ServiceNow Developer who can take ownership of work from day one. This role requires someone who thrives without hand‑holding, can navigate a large and dispersed campus environment, and collaborates effectively with end users and internal development teams. You will work closely with our existing developers, Suresh and Kavya, while driving forward a significant backlog of ITSM, project, and integration work.
This is a contract role with the potential to extend long-term or convert to full-time.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong experience with ITSM and related workflows.
• Strong front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and widget customization.
• Experience with Service Portal and Employee Center Pro (or willingness to quickly ramp up).
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server).
• Ability to take ownership of stories from day one with minimal onboarding.
• Comfortable working on-site 50%+ initially to ramp up effectively.
Experience working in Agile teams.
