Job Description

Provide subcontract management strategy to meet customer obligations and comply with company policies.

Provide analysis of the following:
- Requests for Proposal (RFP)
- development of proposals
- teaming agreement negotiation and execution
- proposal reviews

- Coordinate and negotiate for contractual agreement execution
- General contract administration from purist to award to closeout
- Manage subcontract terms and conditions to ensure work is performed within the overall subcontract scope.
- Work with cross-functional teams to construct, submit, and negotiate Terms and Conditions and pricing proposals
- Examine and understand cost structure estimates of labor, material, engineering services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Provide guidance regarding subcontract and business issues, advising management of subcontract rights and obligations; as well as possible mitigation of subcontract and program risks.

- Work independently in a fast-paced / multitask environment.

- Take ownership of all responsibilities and execution of tasking to completion/resolution.

This is an onsite role in Richardson, TX or Aurora, CO.

Active Top Secret cleared on day one and eligible for SCI crossover after start.

Required Skills & Experience

- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance

- 5 years of experience within DoD or Federal Subcontracts management OR 4 years with a university degree.

- Experience with Price Analysis

- Experience managing different contract types such as Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee)

- TINA requirements

- Experience building PO packages

- Experience writing SOWs and excellent written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Experience preparing and negotiating subcontracts with the US Department of Defense (DoD).
- TS/SCI is preferred.
- experience with Prisim
