Job Description

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for leading and managing procurement activities across TSL construction projects, ensuring materials, equipment, and subcontracted services are sourced competitively, ethically, and in alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. The materials will encompass all required goods for the construction of commercial buildings ad data centers.

Required Skills & Experience

· Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction procurement or purchasing
· Strong understanding of commercial construction delivery and supply chain management
· Proven experience negotiating contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements
Commercial Construction purchasing experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
· Experience in design-build or EPC delivery environments
Experience supporting mission-critical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, data center, or advanced manufacturing projects
