Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Compliance Manager to join our growing Information Security Team. The ideal candidate will help ensure the organization’s information technology systems, processes, and policies comply with internal standards, industry regulations, and applicable laws. This role oversees IT governance activities, manages compliance assessments and audits, and drives continuous improvement in security and regulatory posture. The IT Compliance Manager partners closely with Security, Legal, Audit, and IT Operations to implement effective controls and maintain a culture of compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Audit, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, cybersecurity governance, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX ITGCs, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
• Experience managing audits and responding to regulatory requirements.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
• Experience with GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, MetricStream).
• Background in cloud compliance (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
