Job Description
A customer is looking to deploy embedded GenAI coaches to provide 1:1 and team-level coaching sessions Guide developers through effective use of GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI primitives to support their existing program management, customer success, and go-to-market teams with hands-on coaching.
This person should be passionate about AI and have excellent soft skills. They will be training and upskilling AI usage. They will be teaching the basics – what is an agent, how to use it, etc.

AI Agentic Engineering knowledge – must be able to know how it works and explain it to people
Change management experience
Experience working with transformation initiatives and system adoptions
Sales architect mentality to get the buy in from stakeholders
Passionate about AI
Excellent soft skills
Microsoft copilot experience – proven expertise
