Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Houston, TX. The Supply Chain Analyst will support procurement and contracting activities by authorizing and executing contract work orders and administering work orders, amendments, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs). This role processes purchase requisitions and purchase orders, supports new vendor agreements, and manages contracts for goods and services across all categories excluding personnel. The position ensures all contracts and MSAs are issued on this company's contract paper and comply with corporate standards, while partnering with internal stakeholders to support efficient contract execution and lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of supply chain experience

Contracts experience - MSAs, PR/Pos, processing new vendor agreements, work orders, amendments, etc.

Oil and gas industry experience

Proficient within SAP & Excel

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Ariba or Icertis

Upstream oil and gas experience
