Product Owner (Ecommerce)

• Insight Global is seeking a Product / Platform Owner to support a leading client based in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of enterprise data sources and identify opportunities to leverage data to answer key business questions. You will analyze product usage, gather customer feedback, run experiments, and explore new features and enhancements to continuously improve the platform.
• You will own the product roadmap end to end—defining priorities, building and communicating roadmaps, and partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver high‑quality features on a consistent basis. This individual will also be responsible for shaping the product vision and strategy, pitching new capabilities, and clearly articulating business outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly product‑ and data‑driven with strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.

This person needs to be able to sit 3 days a week in Addison, Texas

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within eCommerce, digital, or data‑driven solutions
• Proven ability to derive actionable insights from multiple, disparate data sources
• Hands‑on experience building and managing technical product roadmaps
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and technical products

• Familiarity with Scrum / Agile frameworks
• Degree in a relevant field such as data management, analytics, or information systems
• Experience in retail or multi‑channel businesses, ideally within a global or international environment
