Required Skills & Experience
Insight Global’s client is launching a seven-month enterprise CMDB transformation initiative within Ivanti Neurons for ITSM (Ivanti TSM). The project will design, configure, and fully populate a clean Configuration Management Database covering all hardware, virtual infrastructure, network devices, installed software, SaaS applications, and associated Business Services. The effort includes CI type modeling, lifecycle and operational state standardization, mandatory attribute enforcement, relationship mapping, data migration and validation, dashboard reporting, and governance implementation. A third-party CMDB architect will lead technical design and configuration, while internal teams will support data validation and sustainment. We require a dedicated, full-time Project Manager to drive timeline execution, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage the external implementer, enforce data quality milestones, and ensure the CMDB is audit-ready and fully operational by the November 1 deadline.
