Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Automation Analyst with a passion for solving complex problems, streamlining processes, and optimizing efficiencies to join our Customer Technology team. This position will also require learning and supporting non-automated processes, with an eye on finding ways to improve Customer Experience through automation. In this role, you will assist in designing, automating, and supporting our customers’ individual purchasing experiences through both our internal intelligent document processing solution, and our online design and ordering tools. You will support customers who have adopted the intelligent document processing solution as well as users of our online solutions. You will also help to design and implement custom automated solutions for internal processes, and you will help to support those processes and the people who use them.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 2 years as an Automation Analyst, or a similar role, with proven experience in intelligent automation, process optimization, or similar work experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience taking ownership of customer requests for assistance or technical support.

Proven experience in supporting intelligent automation, process optimization, or similar solutions.

Proficiency in automation tools and software, such as AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow management systems (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Microsoft).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Formal training or Certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, etc).

Formal training or certification in agile methodologies, backlog management, and operational support a strong plus.

Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI) a plus.

Experience with Process Optimization methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) a plus.

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or technology industries a plus.

Experience with MS Dynamics CRM, or other support ticket tracking tool a plus.

Experience with Oracle R12 (including Backoffice) and/or Hybris a plus.
