Job Description
A construction and construction materials is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join their ServiceNow team. This person would be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform ensuring platform stability, system integrity, and alignment with business processes. This role is AI‑centric, focused on leveraging AI and agentic AI technologies to modernize workflows, enhance automation, and improve user experience and overall efficiency in support of the company's long‑term AI strategy. The administrator designs and maintains workflows, business rules, scripts, Flow Designer automations, and integrations; manages users, roles, access controls, upgrades, and platform performance; and troubleshoots system, workflow, and integration issues. The role partners with AI and automation platforms such as Moveworks (or similar tools) to enable intelligent self‑service, virtual agents, and decision automation, while also managing integrations, reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Additionally, the position ensures compliance with security and governance standards, maintains system documentation and training materials, and provides user support as needed.
This role is paying between 60 - 65/hr. depending on education and experience level.

Required Skills & Experience
5-10 years of ServiceNow Administration/Development experience, with recent experience creating AI and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Experience working with Flow Designer automation processes and integrations within ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
Experience working with agentic AI platforms to enhance ServiceNow automation / user support
Experience working with one or more of these modules: ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, CSM
Experience with custom development, workflows, business rules and design to meet business requirements
At least 1+ ServiceNow certification (CSA or higher)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working with Moveworks as an AI tool within SNOW
