Job Description

Own day‑to‑day project execution for multiple mature cloud‑native products
Serve as Agile Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring delivery cadence
Coordinate across globally distributed engineering and product teams
Track delivery progress, manage risks and dependencies, and drive issue resolution
Maintain clear, proactive communication with technical and business stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of Agile processes and team effectiveness

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in software delivery
Strong experience with Agile / Scrum in cloud‑native or modern application environments
Proven ability to manage globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of flexibility in working hours to support global collaboration
Domain knowledge in upstream oil & gas, preferably drilling operations (highly desirable)
Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset

Location: South America
