Job Description
As a Leasing Assistant you will be responsible for the below.
Maintain accurate leasing data across all platforms (website, Yardi, Salesforce, MLS)
Ensure timely and accurate pre‑marketing and rent‑ready listings
Support leasing teams with daily inquiries, applications, and offers
Coordinate with Rehab and Turn teams to align pre‑leasing with completion timelines
Assist prospective residents with technical issues (self‑show, applications, payments, access)
Process weekly commission payments and approvals
Monitor leasing dashboards and resolve data or activity issues
Analyze leasing and market performance data
Track and support application, lease, and move‑in tasks
Resolve escalated prospective and future resident issues

Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of residential leasing experience
- HS diploma
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Real Estate license
- Any other licenses
