Insight Global is looking for a project cost analyst sitting in Houston, Tx. This role will focus on projects for Data Centers throughout the country. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting project costs, with a strong focus on identifying how scope changes, schedule shifts, and procurement lead times impact overall project spend. This role proactively evaluates cost drivers, material and labor trends, and timing risks to clearly communicate the financial implications of project decisions. The analyst translates changes in execution, supply chain constraints, and market conditions into actionable cost insights, enabling project teams and leadership to understand what is happening, why it matters, and how it will affect the project budget, cash flow, and final outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of project cost experience
- Experience with data center projects
- Strong with PowerBI and Microsoft Excel
- Great communication skills and must responsibility /pride in their work
