Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project/Communications Manager to work onsite at their client's facility in Spring, Texas (North Houston). This person will be responsible for supporting Executive stakeholders within a technology environment. Duties include, but not limited to:
- Assist with creating organization-wide email communications
- Manager calendars (both for individuals and organization)
- Collaborate with multiple business units or organizations to align on joint initiatives, events, presentations, and meetings
- Follow up with stakeholders on various business needs (updating trackers, agendas, planning and other information requests, etc.)
- Review meeting notes and assist with creating meeting/presentation packets for Executive stakeholders
- Help coordinate events, lunches, birthdays, and other employee recognition
- Other administrative related duties

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Executive Admin in a large corporate environment (or 2-3 years of experience as a PM, but willing to be in an Admin role)
Proficient with writing organizational email communications, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Copilot (or familiarity with other AI tools)
Strong communication (both written and verbal)
Proactive, strong sense of urgency, and have excellent organization and follow-up skills

Previous experience working at HP, Inc.
