Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a JDE WFM Support Analyst. The role focuses on bridging business and IT by gathering requirements, designing, configuring, and supporting JD Edwards Workforce Management solutions. It includes documentation, testing, system enhancements, data migrations, integrations, and user training, with an emphasis on continuous improvement, system reliability, and strong cross-functional communication. This person can expect to work with 20 tickets a week. Hourly rate will range from $68-$100 depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
· Strong understanding of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Workforce Management functionality and related modules (e.g., General Ledger, Job Cost, Service Billing).
· Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex data and processes to identify areas for improvement.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and reporting solutions (e.g., Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and general reporting software).
· Experience developing and maintaining business process documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with U.S. Payroll and year-end WFM processes (Canadian Payroll specifically Quebec).
