Job Description

A chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Product Training Specialist to join their EHS organization in the Woodlands, TX. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to support the successful adoption of the ServiceNow platform and associated workflows across global business units. This role will ensure that end users, business process owners, and stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively use the new system. On a day to day basis, this person will be creating system and end-user documentation and training materials, liaising with SMEs/trainers across different business units, as well as the integration/implementation partner to understand the business requirements and applicable use of the ServiceNow tool. This person will be required to attend certain trainings as an extra layer of support, and provide occasional ad-hoc end-user support for ServiceNow related questions or issues. This role is onsite 4 days/week (Fridays remote) in the Woodlands, and will likely be required to participate in global calls in the evenings and/or early mornings.




Depending on years of experience and education level, this role is paying between 40 - 50/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in a role relating to: Product Training, Learning and Development, Industrial Design, or Change Management

Exposure to ServiceNow platform or other large enterprise-wide system from an implementation or documentation standpoint

Experience creating product documentation and end-user materials relating to training, user guidelines, how-to documents, FAQs, workflows, or technical support

Strong sense of detail as this person will be creating documentation across 3 regions (US, EU, and APAC), with multiple business units and time zones

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow specific to any or all of these workflows (Raw Material, Bulk, Packaged, R&T Sample, Intermediate, PFR, Packaging, Extension, BOM Change, Tolling, and Deactivation)
